Landscaper, regrading job
Regraded a side yard that was sending water toward a client's foundation. Used 10 tons of screened topsoil to build the slope back up, then seeded. New raised beds
Filled three raised vegetable beds with a mix of this topsoil and compost. Three tons came out to roughly three yards by my math, and there was just enough for a fourth small herb box. Good soil, more than needed
Nice topsoil, dark and crumbly, no junk mixed in. I only needed enough to top dress a strip along the fence, so the one ton minimum left me with a pile I am still working through. Spread easy and the sod I laid over it took right away. Delivery was on time and the driver dropped it exactly where I asked.

Leveled the whole backyard
We ordered 6 tons of topsoil to fill the dips in our backyard before overseeding. It came screened, dark, and loose enough to spread with a landscape rake in an afternoon. No rocks or roots to pick out. The grass seed came up thick in about ten days. Driver called ahead and backed right up to the spot we marked with stakes.
