Your order is confirmed once we have lined up a local partner and a hauler and sent you an email confirmation. If the confirmed price would come in more than 10 percent above your estimate, we contact you first and you can walk away at no charge.

Yes. We keep pricing clear before confirming your order, so you know the material and delivery cost upfront.

A path at least 12 feet wide that can carry a fully loaded dump truck, which typically weighs 60,000 to 80,000 pounds, a clear drop spot with nothing overhead or buried nearby, and utility lines located ahead of time (call 811). We drop and go, so mark the spot or have someone on site. If the exact spot is not safely reachable, the hauler unloads at the nearest reasonable alternative.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge until 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside that window a cancellation fee may apply, because by then we have usually committed to a partner and a hauler, and once a truck has been dispatched the order can no longer be cancelled.
