Needed some raking
Good mulch, no complaints about the product itself. We did 3 yards around the vegetable garden paths and the shrubs by the porch and it looks tidy. A few sections of the pile had matted into clumps, so it took some raking and breaking up before it spread evenly. Delivery was on time and the driver was friendly.

Around the whole house
Eight yards of brown shredded for every bed around the house plus the big oak in the back. My husband and I spread it over a weekend with a wheelbarrow and it covered right about what the calculator said. Holds moisture nicely and the color has held up through some hard rain. The truck backed down our narrow drive without a scratch on the fence.

Natural look for the beds
Wanted something that looked natural instead of dyed and the brown shredded mulch was exactly that. Ordered 4 yards for the perennial beds and the strip along the walkway. Rich brown color, fine shred that lays flat, and it smelled like a fresh cut forest for a couple days. The driver called ahead and set the pile on the tarp at the curb.

Dog run and beds
Two yards for the dog run and the beds around the patio. Dogs have not tried to eat it, it does not stick to their paws like the bark nuggets did, and it keeps the mud down after rain. Brown blends in with the fence nicely. Got a call when the driver was ten minutes out.
