Landscaper, repeat order
I do residential landscaping and this is my go to for planting beds and tree rings. Grabbed 15 tons for a full front yard redo. New lawn is coming in thick
We spread 8 tons of garden soil over a rough patch of yard before seeding a new lawn. It leveled out easily with a landscape rake, held moisture without staying soggy, and the seed came up even across the whole area. Way better than the clay that was there. Driver had to back down a long gravel drive and handled it like nothing.

Raised beds are thriving
Built four raised beds this spring and filled them with this garden soil. Ordered 5 tons, which worked out to a little over five yards, and it filled all four with some left over for the flower border. Dark, crumbly, smells like actual dirt and not like a bag of fertilizer. The tomatoes and peppers took off within a couple weeks. Driver dropped it right on the tarp by the garage.
